Summer comes to a hot close and we are busy getting ready for a very busy autumn season. We have a gig at the Winery Tasting Room is West Chester, PA on October 2nd. Check the caledar for details. Stress is an amazing thing. It either destroys your ability to think straight or it ramps up your thought process and allows the creative juices to flow. Fortunately it seems to have been good for me. I just wrote a new song called "Believe In Love". I really like it, Rick likes it and even Chuck thinks it sounds fairly good. Next stop is the recording studio and copyright office. Then I will let all oif you hear it too!
The weather is getting better everyday and the water in the basement is gone. Now the ugly work of throwing away soggy old papers, books and equipment begins!
We are still rehearsing, getting ready for upcoming gigs in May and bracing ourselves for our daughter, granddaughters and son-in-law to move in for a month!
I'm sure it will work out just fine. In the meantime we have lots of work to do!
Friday was a glorious night. The air was not too cold and not too hot - but just right. There was no rain and yet there were only a few people sipping wine at the Kreutz Creek Winery Tasting Room. We sounded great so we were sorry not to share our good performance with more people.
